Grade Recovery
Please complete this form to help us prepare for you to recover your grades. You are able to recover up to two of the following courses: English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Spanish. If you failed three or four of your required classes for the third nine-weeks, you must decide which two you want to recover.

Please initial after you have read the following statement showing that you understand with the grade recovery policy. "I understand that grade recovery dates are: March 15, march 16, March 17, and March 20. I am required to attend all days of grade recovery from 3:30-5:30.  I must earn an overall grade of 67% or higher on all completed assignments via Edmentum Learning System and achieve an overall grade of at least 67% or higher on the Edmentum's post-exam in order to recover credit. If these requirements are not met, I will NOT receive credit recovery for the course(s)." *
