First off let me congratulate you ~ the fact you are here, filling out this form is incredible. It means you've taken the first step.  Change can be scary, but you're ready to face it head on and that is something to celebrate - go you!

I'm here to help you find body confidence, get strong and feel empowered to achieve any goal you set, and it's my life's mission to help as many women to absolutely love their body as I can.  I know what it's like to be carrying extra weight (I weighed 180+ at my heaviest), and dread bathing suit shopping.  I've helped hundreds of women just like you to build muscle, shed fat, and feel amazing.  But more importantly: to do it in a sustainable way so they don't gain it all back again.

A little about me: In 2008/2009 I became an Advanced Yoga Educator, and a few years later I got into Bodybuilding and competed with the INBF.  I became a Certified BCRPA Personal Trainer in 2012.  I'm also Spin Cycle certified, and have participated in several half marathon and 10k road races, an obstacle course race, and many self development courses.  Living well and sharing my experience and knowledge is my life's mission.
