Avenues Grants Committee Application
This Avenues Grants Committee (AGC) grant application form is the basic source of information required of all proposed projects. These projects could be funded by a grant from the Greater Avenues Community Council (GACC) general fund as part of, or as the entire project budget.   

The grant applications are used by the Avenues Grants Committee in deciding which projects to fund, in support of the non-profit mission of the GACC to improve the quality of life for all Avenues residents.

The Avenues Grants Committee welcomes online applications via this form.
