*Please only complete this form if your child is new to Paris Schools*

Complete this form to register your student for the 2022-2023 School Year.
If you are enrolling multiple students, please submit one form per student.

Once registration is complete, your student(s) will be enrolled into Infinite Campus (our student information system).

You can send necessary documents electronically by scanning them or by taking a photograph with your mobile device, or drop off physical copies at your child's school.
You may email electronic copies of documents to jennifer.graves@paris.kyschools.us or mail them to 310 W 7th Street, Paris, KY 40361.

Required Documents for Registration:
Student's Birth Certificate
Up-to-date KY Immunization Certificate
Proof of Residence, such as utility bill, tax bill/tax receipt, lease agreement, property deed, sale agreement.

Other Registration Documents that will need to be sent prior to August 10, 2022:
Social Security Card
Court Documents
Proof of a preventative health care exam
Proof of an eye exam (After January 1, 2023)
Proof of a dental exam (After January 1, 2023)
