Dear Coach,

Thank you for all your work in helping your team prepare for the 2020 Maryland Engineering Challenges!

In order to participate in the Challenges, each team MUST have their adult Coach complete this online registration form AND pay a $5 Coach's Fee.

ABOUT THIS REGISTRATION FORM:

This form assumes that your team consists of six or less students. If you are interested in bringing a team with more than six students, please contact Jessica at jcelmer@thebmi.org before completing this form.

ABOUT THE COACH'S FEE:

There is a single $5 fee per adult Coach. While each team should have ONLY ONE adult Coach, a single Coach may work with multiple teams (for example, a classroom teacher with 20 students might have 5 teams). A single Coach pays a single $5 fee, regardless of the number of teams OR challenges he or she is working with.

The Coach's Fee may be paid as follows:
* In-person - at the front desk of the BMI during regular museum hours of Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
* By check - payable to Baltimore Museum of Industry and mailed to 1415 Key Highway, Baltimore MD 21230
* Online - visit this link: https://48278.blackbaudhosting.com/48278/MEC-Coach-Fee to pay via the BMI's secure
donation site
