This form will serve as a request to BOOK a pendant that is for sale. Should more than one person request the same pendant, the form that was received first will get preference. Once sold, it will be removed from the list.
Please supply your email address so that I can make arrangements for an invoice, payment and delivery. No pendant will be couriered before full payment is received. Your contact details will NOT be supplied to any third party from me.
This is NOT an online payment form. Banking details for EFT payment will be provided once availability of a pendant is confirmed.
Courier costs will be paid by the customer.
