1 - 無法於指定時間內嬴取比賽 Unable to win the match in the specifc time period

2 - 於指定時間內嬴取比賽 Able to win the match in the specifc time period

3 - 於指定時間內沒有失球的情況下嬴取比賽 Able to win the match in the specifc time period without losing any points

4 - 於指定時間內完成團隊間所訂立的目標，例如達到指定進球數，並沒有失球的情況下嬴取比賽 Able to achive the target set by the team, e.g. win the match without losing points and score certained points

展現領導力 Demonstrating leadership *

1 – 沒有提出任何建議或嘗試帶領隊伍 Do not give any advice or tempt to lead the team

2 – 有時能對隊友或過關策略作出建議 Sometime give suggestions about the performance of the teammates or strategies

3 - 嘗試訂立目標，並根據情況提供指示及建議 Tempt to set target and share advices for the team

4 - 訂立清晰團隊目標，根據情況提供指示和依據隊員的強項分配相關工作，例如防守、傳球、及進攻的角色 Set a clear goal and assign tasks for the teammates based on the strength and weakness, e.g. roles focusing on attack, defense and passing.

提供想法採取行動為團隊貢獻 Contributing to the team by offering ideas and taking actions *

1 – 沒有提供任何新的想法 Do not share any new thoughts or ideas

2 – 有時能根據情況提出方案，例如主動建議更有效的防守方案，將隊伍防線設於較我方的龍門位置 Sometime share new thoughts on strategy, e.g. an effective method to strenthen the defense by setting the defense line near the goal

3 — 有時能根據情況提出方案，並對友的方案作出回應並嘗試提出建議 Sometime share new thoughts on strategy and give feedbacks to the suggestions from teammates

4 – 提出多項具成效的方案或建議性的想法，例如兩人包夾防守策略以提高防守密度、優先進攻以入球量多取勝等。Always share several effective and constructive plans, focusing on attack, instensing the defense by double team

與隊友互動並幫助 Interacting with teammates effectively and being helpful *

1 – 沒有幫助隊友的行為或想法，只進行單方攻勢 Do not offer support to teammate

2 – 有時向隊友提供協助或支援，例如多傳球使隊友能有更佳進攻路線入球 Sometimes support the teammate by passing the ball for easy score

3 - 經常向隊友提供支援，例如指示同共防守移動方向或提出以更直接進攻路線 Usually give supports to teammates e.g. giving advice on better offensive line or defensive movement

4 - 主動向隊友提供支援，並願意接納隊友的建議，以更有效完成賽事 Actively support the teammate and adapt the suggestions from teammate to win the match in an effective way

積極培養建設性團隊氛圍 Fostering a constructive team climate actively *

1 – 沒有作出任何鼓勵性行動或言語 Show no encouragement to the team

2 – 有時能作出鼓勵性行動或減少隊伍之間的磨合，例如安撫因進行遊戲時而情緒亢奮或激動的隊員以減低磨擦的風險 Sometime able to alleviate the intensive siutation between the teammates e.g. avoid conflict by claming down the teammates

3 – 根據團隊合作進行情況，能經常地作出鼓勵性行動，如提供協助或說出令人鼓舞的說話 Usually encourage the teammates and offer supports

4 - 根據團隊合作進行情況，能經常地作出鼓勵性行動，及減少隊伍之間的磨擦，增強隊員之間的士氣 Always encourage the teammates and develop a strong sense of team spirit
