I hereby release and forever discharge for myself and for the members of my family, Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc. and its agents, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, as a result of or in any way relating to the following: 1. Use of the property, facilities and services owned by or used by Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc.; 2. Use of my property, facilities and services while working in conjunction with Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc., including working in a volunteer capacity; 3. Any property damage that is not the result of a direct action of Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc. and its agents. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any or all instructions or directions given by Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc. or representatives or agents of Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc. I agree to indemnify and defend Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc. against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's participation with Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities or property used by or owned by Shakopee Senior Graduation Party, Inc. caused by my or my family's negligent, reckless, or willful actions. I have read this document and I understand that by signing this Waiver and Release, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights. *
