CLC Students Hershey Park Trip
The Student Ministry of the CLC is heading to Hersheypark (I know, how exciting)! All of the information you need  (including cost, deadlines, and sign-up details) is included below! Check out the details and be sure to sign-up using the form below. ***Please note: spots are LIMITED, so sign-up soon.***

What: a day trip to the sweetest place on earth!
Who: all 6-12 grade students (2021-2022 school year).
When: Wednesday, August 4th (8:45AM to 10PM)
Where: Hershey, PA.

Departure Details:
- Departing from church parking lot at 8:45AM.
- Returning to church parking lot around 10PM.

Cost & Deadlines: (Cost includes price of ticket & transportation).
- Full Cost & Final Deadline: $55 by August 1st

What To Bring:
- Water Bottle
- Bathing suit & towel (if you want to go to water park)
- Spending money for food & souvenirs.

How To Register: You must complete the following three tasks in order to be considered registered for this event and to secure your spot on this trip!
- STEP #1 - Fill out the form below.
- STEP #2 - If you haven't already, submit a 2022 health form (you can check with your youth leader to see if you already have one on file). You can find the health form at the links below:

 (You can then email the finish documents to Christian@clcamily.church or bring a hard copy in to the church).
- STEP #3 - Submit your payment ($55 by July 10th OR $55 by August 1st).

How To Pay:
- #1: Check made payable to "The Christian Life Center" with "Student Ministry Trip" in memo line.
- #2: Visit https://pushpay.com/g/clcfamily?src=hpp and under the fund drop down menu, select the "Student Ministry" option when submitting your payment.
- #3: Cash

Once you have done each of those items, CONGRATS, you're going to Hershey Park!
