Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass ihr einen rechtsbindenden Vertrag abschließt, wenn ihr das Formular sendet. Wenn ihr absagen wollt, dann tut dies bitte rechtzeitig per Email, d.h. bevor wir die Bestätigungen rausschicken. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt buchen wir Mietwagen und zahlen die Unterkunft und es entstehen uns Kosten, die wir dann von dir einfordern.

Diese Wanderfahrt wird so gut es geht vom UWB vorbereitet, allerdings sind wir vom UWB auch nur ehrenamtliche Organisatoren. Daher ist es auf unseren Fahrten selbstverständlich, dass alle Teilnehmer bei der Organisation und den Aufgaben vor Ort helfen (z.B. Tourenplanung/ -leitung, Tragen von Ausrüstung, Mithilfe beim Einkaufen, Kochen, Abwaschen, Putzen etc.). Außerdem sollte niemand eine professionelle Pauschalreise erwarten. Die Unterkunftsstandards etc. auf unseren Reisen sind „einfach“ (Matratzenlager), dafür aber vergleichsweise günstig. ..............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................This hiking trip is prepared by the UWB members as well as it can be. However, all of us are volunteers. Thus it is expected of all participants to help out with the organization and the activities before, during and after the trip (includes planning of trips, shopping, cooking, cleaning etc.) DO NOT expect a professional-organised all-included trip! The accommodation standards at our trips are "simple" (several people have to sleep in one room), but the trips are offered at a very low price.
