Title: Tools for interaction
In order for ELLs/MLLs to develop communication skills they need to be engaged in classroom activities that will require ongoing use of modalities (listening, speaking, reading, writing). To facilitate that interaction, we will explore the features of these apps: Breakout rooms, Whiteboard fi, Peardeck add-on, Edpuzzle, Padlet.
This series of webinars is designed for all teachers of Multilingual Learners (ENL, bilingual, mainstream teachers) who are responsible for Stand-alone, Integrated ENL or bilingual programs. We will explore platforms and applications that will facilitate working in Google classrooms. These hands-on sessions will increase the teacher’s knowledge of applications to enhance the virtual learning experience for ELLs/MLLs. These live webinars were offered during the summer months. If you already attended during July and August, there is no need for you to register for these sessions. These webinars are for new participants who can benefit from integrating APPs to support ELLs/MLLs.
