Dear faculty colleague, The Academic Performance Committee (APC), is trying to make petitions and additional information that comes to us in a more consistent format, hence we are using a Google form. APC meets weekly during the semester when classes are in session and petitions are pressing.
A petition to the Academic Performance Committee for the late drop of a course will be considered only if the request is submitted within one calendar year from the end of the semester in which the student was enrolled in the course. (For example, a student has until the end of Fall 2023 to petition for a late drop in a course taken during the Fall 2022 semester.)
Petitions must be submitted before students have been certified for graduation.
