2025 Goulding Park Mixed Slo-Pitch League Information & Important Dates

2025 Individual Registration Fees:
$190 fee by by March 14th (early bird)
$190 fee by April 1st, 2025 for Individual Women players
$210 for Male Individual sign up after March 14th
Registration Closes on April 1st, 2025
Captains may also submit via email ALL scanned registration forms for your team members along with payment to gpmixedslopitch@gmail.com
TEAM- NOTE - min 13 - max 15 players on a team.
If a team has more than 15 players, team must pay extra per player - Maximum 17 per team.
(all teams must have at least 4 women on their roster).

● INDIVIDUAL you can e-mail a completed registration form or complete this registration form plus Interac Electronic
e-transfer (ETF) or gpmixedslopitch@gmail.com - Indicate in any etfs (Your name and your team and captain)
● Please include an additional $10 on registration fee if you want to personalize your name on your jersey
++ Mandatory Liability Insurance ++
Players must have ACTIVE SPO (Slopitch liability insurance). Each player must be insured and is responsible to register online at https://slopitch.org/insurance under their Team. Teams without ACTIVE SPO registered players will automatically forfeit games Teams must be fully registered with SPO by May 1st, 2025 to be eligible to play. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
What does Registration include? Jersey, Insurance, regular season games, play-off participation and admission to our End-of-Season Party!!! (includes food, drink ticket and raffle prizes for players).
● Registration closes when League is full or on April 1st, 2025, NO EXCEPTIONS!!. Teams that do not have the required minimum number of players (13) as of this date will have individual players who sign up added to their teams to complete their rosters.
● Please note that registration is not complete unless payment accompanies your form(s).
● All players must "be" ACTIVE SPO MEMBERS 2025 (https://slopitch.org) with their teams by May 1st, 2025 to be eligible to play.
● There will be a Captains meeting before the start of the season and before the playoffs. Captains will receive jerseys before the first game.
The 2025 Schedule:
● Our regular season will commence on Sunday, May 25th the first game Time 4:30-10:30pm.
● 12 Regular season games, plus playoffs.
● Each team will play a minimum of 2 double header game
● Your CAPTAIN will contact you before your first regular season game.
● Official schedule will be posted by early April 2025
● Updated Rules and regulations are available off the website
● Games are not scheduled on long weekends (June 29) Canada day, August 3 (Civic Holiday),
August 31 (Labour day).
● All star game and Home run contest is scheduled for Sunday, August 24th
● End of year Banquet is scheduled for Sunday, September 7th, 2025
