Spring 23, Math 48A, Final Course Evaluation
Congratulations. You survived this course with Jeff Anderson. Thank you for your hard work in this course.

A major responsibilities in my work as a faculty member in the Foothill DeAnza Community College District is to promote and maintain deep learning and high academic standards in my classes. I take this responsibility seriously and work hard to improve myself as a teacher and to improve my courses.

One of the ways I do this is by collecting, analyzing, and reflecting on student feedback in my courses. In this final evaluation, I ask you to share your thoughts and reflections about this course. I ask you to evaluate both the course and the instructor by responding to each of the questions below. Please be thoughtful and candid in your response.

Feel free to submit this feedback anonymously. I care that you are honest and candid about your feelings about this course. I also ask you to be respectful and professional while doing so (please don't call my mother anything ungracious as you give me your feedback). I plan to analyze your responses after final grades are submitted.

At the end of this survey, you'll see a completion page to verify that you've finished. Please take photo of that on your phone and show me before you leave the room today. For the few students who do this asynchronously, please take a screen shot of that completion page and email me that screen shot. That photo or screen shot will act as proof that you've finished this assignment.

Thank you for all your hard work this quarter and also for sharing your feedback on this survey with me.
