POR SU SALUD, LE RECOMENDAMOS DEJAR SUS DATOS EN ESTE REGISTRO. ÉSTOS SE FACILITARÁN EXCLUSIVAMENTE A LA DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE SALUD PARA EVITAR LA PROPAGACIÓN DE CONTAGIO POR LA COVID 19.

A efectos de cumplir con la “Resolución de 19 de junio de 2020, de la Consejería de Salud, por la que se establecen medidas urgentes de prevención, contención y coordinación necesarias para hacer frente a la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por la COVID-19 tras la expiración de la vigencia del estado de alarma” el responsable de la entidad pone en conocimiento de los clientes y usuarios la siguiente información:

Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en su normativa sectorial, los titulares de hoteles, albergues y otros alojamientos turísticos, peluquerías, barberías, centros de belleza, gabinetes de estética, salones de manicura, pedicura y depilación, saunas, balnearios, spas y gimnasios deberán contar con un registro de los clientes y usuarios que accedan al establecimiento correspondiente. Este Registro se conservará por plazo de un mes, se encontrará exclusivamente a disposición de la Dirección General de Salud Pública y tendrá como única finalidad facilitar el rastreo y seguimiento de contactos de casos positivos, probables o posibles de Covid-19.
Se recomienda la adopción de sistemas de registro similares al recogido en el anterior sub-apartado por parte de los titulares de los establecimientos de hostelería y restauración, discotecas y locales de ocio nocturno.
La recogida de tales datos requerirá el consentimiento del interesado, sin perjuicio de condicionar el derecho de admisión por razones de salud pública en caso de no poder contar con el mismo.
Con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la normativa de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, este centro mantiene una rigurosa política de privacidad y de respeto a la intimidad con los datos de sus clientes y usuarios.

In order to comply with the “Resolution of June 19, 2020, of the Ministry of Health, which establishes urgent prevention, containment and coordination measures necessary to face the health crisis caused by COVID-19 after the expiration of the validity of the alarm state ”, the person in charge of the entity informs clients and users of the following information:

Without prejudice to the provisions of its sectoral regulations, the owners of hotels, hostels and other tourist accommodation, hairdressers, barber shops, beauty centers, aesthetic cabinets, manicure, pedicure and waxing salons, saunas, spas, spas and gyms must have with a record of customers and users who access the corresponding establishment. This Registry will be kept for a period of one month, will be exclusively available to the General Directorate of Public Health and will have the sole purpose of facilitating the tracking and follow-up of contacts of positive, probable or possible cases of Covid-19.
The adoption of registration systems similar to the one set out in the previous sub-section by the owners of the hotel and restaurant establishments, discotheques and nightlife venues is recommended.
The collection of such data will require the consent of the interested party, without prejudice to conditioning the right of admission for public health reasons in the event of not being able to have it.
