Enrollment Instructions:
To be eligible for enrollment in the Fierce Allies JEDI Dojo, you must do the following by Sunday, July 4th, 2021, 11:59 PM PST:
- Submit a completed Enrollment Form
- Submit a non-refundable processing fee of $75.00 via Paypal (this will be applied to your tuition if you are accepted). Paypal link: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/fierceallies

Tuition for the JEDI Dojo program is $2,249 without a coaching session, or $2,699 with a 75 min. coaching session. Ally discounts are available - see below for more details. Upon acceptance, you will be invoiced and the balance of your tuition will be due in full, with a single payment, by Friday, July 16th, 2021 11:59pm PST via Paypal (unless another arrangement with Miakoda has been made).

NOTE: We are committed to making our services as accessible as possible. If the fees and/or payment schedule prohibits your attendance, please propose an alternative financial arrangement in the payment section of your enrollment form.

Enrollment Form Purpose:
This Enrollment Form is designed to: 1) inform your participation, 2) appraise your readiness, 3) customize the program to your needs, and 4) serve as your participant profile (the content collected will be shared with other accepted participants).
