Wellness Wanderers: Nurturing Minds in Nature' is an international youth exchange supported by the Erasmus+ program. The project gathers young individuals from Estonia, Guadeloupe (France), and Ireland for an enriching intercultural experience focused on mental health, self-care, and the nurturing power of nature.

During this international youth exchange, participants will embark on a transformative journey of personal growth, cultural exploration, and shared learning. Through a series of interactive workshops, engaging discussions, and hands-on activities, we will delve into the profound connection between mental well-being and the beauty of the natural world.

Immersed in breathtaking natural surroundings, we will discover practical strategies for self-care, mindfulness, and stress reduction, drawing inspiration from the serene landscapes that envelop us. From guided nature walks to immersive outdoor activities, every moment will serve as an opportunity for reflection, rejuvenation, and self-discovery.
