2023 Huntington Society of Canada Conference Speaker Application
We are excited to open speakers proposals for the 2023 Huntington Society of Canada Conference. We are looking for both professional presenters that can speak to research, therapies, proven science, etc. as well as individuals from the HD community who are willing to share their story/experience in a particular topic area such as genetic testing, fundraising, survivor's guilt, etc. Please review the date and location to ensure you are available to attend before submitting your proposal.  We will be able to accommodate a small number of virtual presentations, however our preference is for speakers to be in person. Keynote speaker proposals are due by November 11, 2022. Breakout speaker proposals are due by November 18, 2022. The conference team will review all proposals and reach out to the successful applicants by January 2023.

Please note: The Huntington Society of Canada heavily subsidizes registrations to our conference. As such, we prioritize speakers that have limited to no costs for the organization. Should it be of use, we can provide a charitable tax receipt for services rendered.
