Have a student with locker issues? Have them fill out this form (or staff member can fill out for them.) Our administrative assistant, Mrs. Wright, or our custodian, Mr. Scheldt, will either fix the locker or assign student to different locker if needed. Note will be sent to student in Schoology once locker is ready.
