Thank you for contacting us about your group attending a performance by FWSO. We have many options for you.
A group constitutes 10 or more tickets. All group orders have a $15 group fee. Group orders will pay the deposit, 50%, in advance to hold the seats. No seats can be held without payment of the deposit. The balance is due at least 10 business days prior to the performance date. If the number of tickets changes, the balance due will be adjusted to reflect this so long as at least 10 tickets are purchased.
For all concerts (Symphonic, Pops, Chamber, Meet the Composer, and certain Specials) the group rate is 20% off the public single ticket price in your desired section. Group rates are not available for the Family Series or the Annual Gala and Fundraiser.
The sooner you are able to pay the deposit to hold your seats, the better your seat options.
The deposit is non-refundable. We can adjust the balance due if the number of tickets needed changes. If more seats are needed, we are happy to add those to the group order so long as we have space available.
If you would like to discuss your group over the phone or wish to provide a credit card over the phone for the deposit, we are available Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm.
