2021 Transition Camp Registration
Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

Charles F. Patton Middle School will be holding a Transition Camp for all incoming 6th grade students and new 7th and 8th grade students on Wednesday, August 18th from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.  Registration is from 7:30am-8:00am. Transition Camp provides students exciting team building and exploratory activities designed to make students more comfortable in the middle school setting.  These activities include meeting our Patton staff, understanding class schedules, mastering the lockers, navigating the building, making new friends, and becoming a part of our Patton family!  

If your child is interested in attending Transition Camp, please complete the form below and submit payment by Friday, July 30th in order to secure a spot.  There is a $15.00/child non-refundable fee that can be paid online through Revtrak using this link: https://ucfsd.revtrak.net/charles-f-patton-middle-school/#/list.  The fee can also be paid by check.  Checks can be mailed or dropped off to the Patton Middle School main office between 7:30am-3:00pm.  A number of scholarships are available for students in need.  If you have questions regarding the scholarship or the camp, please contact the Middle School’s main office at (610) 347-2000 or email Cara Malone at cmalone@ucfsd.net.  More detailed information about drop-off and pick-up for the day of the camp will be sent out before the event.
