AURAC Assessment Request

Use this form to request an AURAC anchor and/or abseil assessment for accreditation (please see the AURAC safety management plan).

You can get a lead assessment at an indoor climbing gym (e.g. Extreme Edge), which we accept. If you would like an AURAC lead assessment instead, please indicate this.

While gear required for assessments can be provided, it is highly recommended that you use your own personal climbing gear if possible (harness, belay plate, personal anchor system, prusik etc).

Please note: You can only take these assessments if you have taken the prerequisite AURAC abseil and anchor setting courses. If you have not, please contact the Instruction officer at instruction@aurac.org.nz
