HOSTING AN EVENT WITH US! 

Thank you for your interest in holding your special event with us. 

To host an event at The Mom Comm Studio a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remainder to be collected the day of the event via check or cash. 

*Please note - a maximum number of 40 people are allowed in the space, this includes adults & children.*

Each event includes:

  • 2 hour time slot for your event (additional time available by request and for a fee)
  • Access to the studio 45 minutes before your event for set up
  • Large parking lot directly outside of the studio for your guests
  • Access to our private bathroom, complete with a changing table for little ones
  • Access to our children's playroom 
  • The use of four (4) x 6', height adjustable, folding tables & three (3) children's sized picnic tables
  • A vacuum & broom for easy clean up
  • Trash bags 
  • Storage area for guest belongings
  • Sound system access
  • Access to a mini fridge in the party room
  • Ability to bring in your own food & drinks
  • A list of preferred local vendors for balloons, food & other party extras

Event Options
You may choose from: 
1) Children's Birthday Party / Private Event - $275
Studio rental for 2 hours, including the help of a Mom Comm Staff member for set up, event support, and clean-up. You can create a magical space for your little one and plan your own activities or choose from our add-on options (*additional fee) below!

2) Adult Party - $275
Studio rental for 2 hours, including the help of a Mom Comm Staff member for set up, event support, and clean-up. You can create a magical space for your event and plan your own activities or choose from our add-on options (additional fee) below!  

3) Private Event Studio Rental - $150
Studio rental for 2 hours - this simply includes a staff member to give you access to our space and lock it up when your event is complete.

4) Adult Private Event + Fitness Class - $225
Studio rental for 2 hours, including a private 30-45-minute fitness class - A Mom Comm staff member will work with you to find the perfect fitness class curated to your guests. Many of our staff members are certified in various fitness skills to accommodate the interest and skill levels of you and your guests!
