The Valley Economic Alliance Business Assistance Program Registration Form
To retain and create jobs among Valley-based businesses and strengthen our local economy, The Valley Economic Alliance provides one-on-one business advising at no cost to businesses based in our 5-City region including Burbank, Calabasas, Glendale, the San Fernando Region of the City of Los Angeles, and the City of San Fernando. This brief intake form allows us to learn more about your business to determine eligibility for services and confirm verification of delivered services (required to fund our no cost services).

Please complete as much information as possible so we can identify as many services as possible for which you may be eligible. If you do not know the answer to a question feel free to make an informed estimation. Once you complete the form, we can schedule you for an appointment with a business advisor to discuss a service plan. All information will be kept confidential.
