Volunteer Group Application Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with TreeFolks! Please fill out form below to request to reserve spots for the upcoming Volunteer event. By completing this form, you agree to send a final list of volunteers in an excel file with first name, last name, and email no later than 4 days prior to the event. This will allow your volunteers to receive all communications about the upcoming event. Unfortunately, TreeFolks will not be able to accommodate all volunteer requests, if slots for events are filled, your group will be placed on a wait-list.

If you are volunteering with a Corporate Group of 10 individuals or larger please consider donating to help support our Community Tree Planting program! (Suggested donation of $500 for groups 10 or more)
