FPC Childcare Registration Form (2023-2024 School Year)
This registration form is for FPC Childcare, the supplemental childcare service offered to preschool families through Fairfax Presbyterian Church.  This program is designed to offer additional childcare outside of preschool hours. ENROLLMENT IN FAIRFAX PRESBYTERIAN PRESCHOOL IS REQUIRED.

Students enrolled in aftercare will be automatically registered for Later Gators (lunch bunch) through the preschool.*

While we hope to offer morning care and extended day for the 2023-2024 school year, due to staffing shortages this may not be possible.  You can add your child to the waitlist if we are able to offer these programs.

Schedule:

Morning Care (8:15-9:30) - WAITLIST
Preschool* (9:30-12:30)
Later Gators* (12:30-1:15)
AfterCare (1:15-3:15)
Extended Day (1:15-5:15) - WAITLIST

*Preschool and Later Gators have their own, separate fees paid directly to Fairfax Presbyterian Preschool.

Pricing:

-One-time registration fee:  $75  (Non-refundable if you withdraw from FPC Childcare)

-Tuition deposit:  A 10% deposit of the yearly tuition rate is due at the time of registration.  (The tuition deposit will only be refunded in exceptional cases if a child withdraws from the program in advance of the school year, with written approval by the Director or if FPC Childcare is unable to offer a program due to low enrollment or staffing shortages.)

-Morning Care Yearly Tuition:  (WAITLIST)
  - 5 Days/week - $1,500 ($150 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)
  - 3 Days/week - $900 ($90 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)
  - 2 Days/week - $600 ($60 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)

-AfterCare Yearly Tuition:  
  - 5 Days/week - $2,500 ($250 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)
  - 3 Days/week - $1,500 ($150 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)
  - 2 Days/week - $1,000 ($100 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)

-Extended Day Yearly Tuition: (WAITLIST)
  - 5 Days/week - $5,000 ($500 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)
  - 3 Days/week - $3,000 ($300 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)
  - 2 Days/week - $2,000 ($200 due at registration; the remainder paid in 9 equal installments)

Pricing note:  For convenience, the balance due on yearly tuition after the tuition deposit is paid is divided into nine (9) equal, monthly payments made September through May.  Monthly payments are due on the first of the month.

For families signing up to use FPC Childcare there is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $75.  A 10% deposit of the yearly tuition rate is also due at the time of registration.  (The tuition deposit will only be refunded in exceptional cases if a child withdraws from the program in advance of the school year, with written approval by the Director or FPC Childcare is unable to offer a program due to low enrollment or staffing shortages.)  Registration fees apply per family (not per child).  Once your registration form is received you will get an invoice via Square to pay the registration fee and tuition deposit; this secures your child's spot in our program.  Once this is paid you will be contacted by the Director with some additional forms that need to be completed before the start of the school year.
