Conscious Parenting Group

Kait Towner, LMHC, RPT, CCPT, IMH-E will be offering a 7 week parenting group based on Conscious Discipline. The group is for parents with children ages 7 and under and will include content on composure, assertiveness, encouragement, choices, empathy, positive intent, and consequences. The group will include an educational component as well as providing space for discussion of common parenting challenges.

The group is scheduled for Thursday's at 5:00 pm beginning on September 9th and concluding on October 21st. The fee for the group is $70 per session.

Groups will be held at 644 Titus Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617 (Irondequoit United Church of Christ).
