Fees & Payment
Junior Squash Coaching Fees for Term 4 2020 are calculated on the weeks of term 4 this year (no coaching on Public Holidays). Going forward fees will be calculated on a 9-10 week term basis, we follow the dates of government primary school terms. Titirangi Rackets Club does not discount for public holidays.
Invoices will be sent directly to the parent/caregiver at the beginning of the new term. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date or prior to the coaching commencing which ever is the latest date. If any fees are in arrears, Titirangi Rackets Club reserves the right to not re-enroll the child or deny entry to classes.
If payment isn't received 14 days from invoice date and there hasn't been a prearranged payment discussed there will be a late payment fee of $10 applied to every further follow up correspondence.
Cancellations & refunds
If a child is enrolled in a class and a written cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to the first class, then the term fees will be refunded less a $30 cancellation fee. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given, the term fees will not be refunded. If a child is enrolled in a class but does not attend the classes, the term fees will not be refunded. No refunds or discounts are offered if students need to finish early or arrive late.
Pick up & drop off
The carpark area is a busy place so please come into the building to collect your children. We can not have them running to your car to meet you.
Please advise us if your child has special terms/conditions around getting to/from classes.
Class numbers are limited
Titirangi Rackets Club requires this registration form completed for each person seeking to participate in the classes. Completing this form does not guarantee enrollment as class numbers are limited. Confirmation will be confirmed via a separate email.
