DPMS Homeroom opt out form
This form is to opt your Draper Park Middle School student out of homeroom. During homeroom students will listen school announcements, check for missing work, organize backpacks, and participate in other activities such as Courage Code reviews (Click here for a description of the Courage Code), homework, and help with school service projects. Homeroom is every Friday from 9:59-10:21 am. Students who opt out will be assigned a supervised area where attendance will be taken and they will have independent study time.
