Federal Funding Education Plan
The Federal Government has provided school districts with additional federal revenue to address costs related to responding to the COVID emergency.  Moriah Central School District is looking to gather feedback from our stakeholder groups to ensure that planning for use of these funds considers everyone's thoughts and ideas.  

Please complete this form by June 11, 2021 with any ideas that you think would best serve the teaching/learning of our students over the next three years in the allowable areas identified below.

Socioemotional Functioning, Mental Health and Well Being - this includes students' internalizing and externalizing challenges, both inside and outside the classroom. Please list ideas that you feel MCSD could provide for additional support.
Needs for Student Engagement - this includes ensuring that all students are fully engaged in learning and academic progress, regardless of the extent to which they experienced remote or in-person learning during the pandemic. Please list ideas that you feel MCSD could provide for additional support.
Academic Achievement and Success - this includes identifying the extent to which any students have fallen behind due to the pandemic as well as identifying students who have excelled within the new instructional experience and developing plans for learning loss. Please list ideas that you feel MCSD could provide for additional support.
Operations - this includes needs associated with maintaining school operations (in-person, remote or hybrid) including staffing, technology infrastructure, facilities improvements, childcare, etc. Please list ideas that you feel MCSD could provide for additional support.
