Anne Arundel County has identified Harting Farm's Stormwater Ponds/Upper Mill Creek Tributary as ideal candidates for retrofit and restoration respectively. The ponds are located in series on Harting Farm HOA property and double as stormwater treatment and community amenity features. The HOA Board of Directors is unanimously in favor of this project.
