Priory Farm Music Camp 2021
Welcome to our PFMC application process. Please answer the questions as fully as you can! This form does not commit you to paying for a place, but it gives us all the information we need to create a tailor-made experience for your child should they choose to join us.

For all instruments except guitar: If your child is a beginner on their instrument can they read and understand a range of notes on a standard musical stave? If not, what visual aids does their teacher give them, or are they learning by ear? If
For guitar only: If your child learns guitar can you state whether they read tab, standard notation and/or chords? If so, which specifically do they use comfortably, or are they happy all three?
(NB  we may ask for some footage of your child playing their instrument and also some photos of their current music.  This is not to audition your child, but will help us work out arrangements and groupings.). Please add any other music-related comments or info here.
We would be grateful if you could offer the use of a tent (it must be 3-person or larger) if you happen to have one available. If so please state it's size and rough layout, and whether it is in good condition. Thank you very much for your help!
Please note down any tent buddies your child would like to share with in case they are also applying. Siblings sometimes don't want to share, so please specify either way here, thank you! We will always take great care organising tent groups, so don't worry if you don't put any names down here.
Is your child gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or do they have any specific food allergies? Please tell us now, so we can be prepared!
Are there any known medical issues that may affect your child while they are with us? Please tell us now, so we can be prepared! This information is strictly confidential and will only be shared on a need-to-know basis.
We want PFMC to be accessible for everyone. Would you like to apply for a bursary? If so we will email you a bursary form to fill out. This form will ask you about your financial circumstances.

Fee information
A place on PFMC costs, in total, £535. There is an £80 (15%) discount if siblings apply.   If your application is successful you will not be asked to send a deposit to secure your child’s place. The deposit and remaining balance should be paid promptly either in full or in instalment. If you apply for a bursary we will be in touch separately about any bursary award that you may be offered.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
