This form is to register for the chord theory workshops held at Acoustic Music (857 E. 400 S. SLC, UT. These take place on the third Saturday of every month from 6-7:30 PM.

Tuition Payment

Each workshop costs $20 in advance, or $25 within 24 hours of the show. Tuition includes workshop attendance, all materials, snacks and drinks provided by Acoustic Music, and use of store instruments during the workshop (leave your guitar home! Play one of Meg's!). If you pay but cannot attend, you may use your tuition for another workshop. Due to limited space, tuition is non-refundable.
