Packer Tailgate Tour Ticket Refund Form (for purchases at the ReStore only)
Due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Packer Foundation has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Tailgate Tour scheduled for Friday, May 15 at the La Crosse Center. Due to this cancellation, all ticket holders are entitled to a FULL REFUND of their tickets.
At this time, the Habitat offices and ReStore have been closed for operations due to COVID-19. We do not know when we will be able to reopen for business in order to issue refunds. Please fill out the form below, and we will contact you when we reopen and can refund your tickets.
TICKETS MUST BE PRESENTED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
