Dancers Mindset Questionnaire
I am in the midst of creating a dancers mindset coaching course/program. This program will address what holds you back from achieving your dance goals so you can enjoy dance more fully. Whether you want help with worries, fears and negative self talk about performing, social dancing, competing, learning, or being judged by others (these are just a few ideas) this course will assist you in identifying and ultimately overcoming these perceived obstacles to your success.
For the last 8 years I have been studying the subconscious mind and working one on one with individuals in all walks of life to help them transform, at the subconscious level, the detrimental effects our negative self-talk and beliefs have on all areas of our lives. It has been incredible sharing this powerful work with dance students who are really ready to take a look at what is holding them back at a foundational level. I would like to help and support more students which is what birthed the creation of this new course.
