Mythical Pizza is seeking out new candidates for a Shift Lead Supervisor position! We have a full-time (35+ hour) position and a part time position open that we’re looking to fill immediately! Our Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Mythical Pizza Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational standards and deliver awesome guest service. They set goals, provide job assignments and motivate others providing timely feedback!

Responsibilities Include:

• Knowledge and ability to perform all responsibilities of Mythical Crew
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution
• Ensure operational standards are met throughout your shift
• Communicate shift priorities and goals to Mythical Crew
• Coach Mythical Crew as needed throughout your shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback
• Support the training of Mythical Crew as needed
• Communicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to help prepare him/her for shift
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met
• Manage inventory throughout your shift
• Provide AWESOME guest service and coach Mythical Crew to do the same
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure all Mythical Crew are following cash management policies

Education/Experience:

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred
• ServSafe Certification preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion including bending, stopping and reaching
• Lifting objects, products, boxes up to 50 lbs (when applicable)
