2020 Crisis Management Cohort Application
The COVID-19 crisis and the national protest for racial equity have both placed a significant strain on local governments - one that is just being felt in budgeting for the next fiscal year and in evaluating long-term spending projections. That’s why ELGL & the Drucker Institute are launching a six-week, boot-camp style cohort focused on these issues - for leaders and managers in all positions.

We’ll tackle analyzing competing values, creating decision-making frameworks, building planned abandonment strategies, and addressing equity issues in cutting programs and services - all online, through a platform that allows you to build your network of local government professionals around the country.

Please fill out this application form in its entirety by COB on July 8, 2020. You will receive notice about your application status by July 9, 2020. With questions, please email Emily at emily@elgl.org. We look forward to learning with you!
