-Kevin graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019, and is currently a Trainee at the Mergers and Acquisitions Department in Allen & Gledhill LLP.

Shimin Lee, Senior Associate at Clifford Chance LLP

-Shimin graduated from the London School of Economics in 2012 with First Class Honours. She is a member of the Private Equity sector group. Shimin specialises in advising private equity funds on cross-border M&A and has worked across a range of sectors including consumer goods & retail, pharmaceuticals, insurance and infrastructure. Shimin also advises portfolio companies of private equity funds on management equity arrangements, restructurings, further acquisitions and disposals and other corporate matters.

Sinyee Ong, International Dispute Resolution Specialist at Sharpe & Jagger LLC

Sinyee graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2011. Subsequently, she qualified in New York, Singapore, England & Wales and Western Australia. Sinyee started her training in Singapore with local law firms before joining international law firms and relocating to Qatar. She has since relocated back to Singapore and runs her own practice as an international arbitration specialist serving clients in the construction, finance, hospitality, insurance, and oil and gas sectors.

Kuah Boon Theng SC, Managing Director at Legal Clinic LLC

-Boon Theng is the Managing Director of Legal Clinic LLC. Appointed Senior Counsel in January 2018, she has more than 25 years’ experience in litigation and is a domain specialist in medical and healthcare law. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Medical Ethics and Law from the University of London (King’s College Centre for Medical Law and Ethics).
