PWTF Board of Directors Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the Philadelphia Women’s Theatre Festival (PWTF) Board of Directors!  In 2023, PWTF is in an exciting state of transition and growth!  This year, we will produce our 9th festival and make plans for festival year 10!

As of September 2019, PWTF became a registered 501c3 organization and is growing tremendously both programmatically and organizationally.  As a result of Covid-19, PWTF moved all 2020 and 2021 programming to virtual platforms.  PWTF is committed to embracing diversity, equity and inclusion and amplifying the voices of women and untapped communities.  PWTF is a trans-inclusive organization. We welcome allies of all genders who are committed to creating environments that are supportive of centering the experience of women. PWTF is committed to expanding both board and staff capacity and developing a strategic plan based on key organizational goals.

We are seeking board members who are interested in committee work, strategic planning, volunteering and shaping a vision of future sustainability for a small theatre organization facing a critical time of growth.
