Meal Pick-up Request

Meals will be provided upon request for students on virtual days. If your student attends 4 days per week, you would be eligible to pick-up a meal pack with three (3) days of breakfast and lunch meals. If your student remains fully virtual, you are eligible to pick-up a meal pack with seven (7) days of breakfast and lunch meals. Please answer all questions below.

The first meal pick-up is scheduled for 3/23 at Licking Heights High School (4101 Summit Road) from 2 - 6 p.m. We will NOT be distributing meals the week of 3/29, due to spring break. Meal pick-up will resume on 4/6. Once you have submitted the form, you will begin to pick up the following week at the high school.

Your children do not need to be present at pick-up. If you sign up for meals, please make sure that you are able and plan to pick-up as we do not wish to waste any food.
