This form is NOT A TEST.  It is meant to evaluate how much you know about owning pet rats already and if there are any significant gaps in knowledge you may need help with before adopting. Ensuring that my adopters are well-prepared and informed for their new family members is one way that I take care of my rats. If I help you to care for them, then they will live longer, happier lives. Please do not be stressed about this form or how to answer questions, just do your best or let me know if you are not sure.
