Summer Holiday Junior Athletics Sessions
Please make a separate booking for each child you wish to book a place for.  We will confirm if you have a place in due course. Please note places are limited so if you find, nearer the time that your child can't attend please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the place to another child.  

Venue:  Sirius West Academy, 296 Anlaby Park Road South, Hull, HU4 7JB.
Time:  9-11am
Cost:   £4 per child  Places must be paid on booking, a link to payment will be at the end of the form. 
Please note if finances are an issue please email info@fitmums.org.uk 

Parents of children aged 5-9 years are asked to stay at the session.  Parents of children aged 10 years+ can leave children but be aware Coaches cannot leave the coaching area to take children to the toilets. So please do not leave your child unattended at sessions if you do not feel comfortable with them going to the toilet independently.
