2023/2024 PTO General Funds Request
In addition to filling out this form to request funds, PTO General Funds Requests must be presented in person at the Allendale Elementary Parent Meetings (held bi-monthly), with a brief overview of the request. Please submit this form for funds prior to the scheduled meeting so that we can prepare questions/discuss with building principals.

*Note: Reimbursement checks will be written the first week of every month and placed in teachers' mailboxes on Fridays.*
