Parent Survey-2021-2022 School Year

We are planning for the 2021-2022 school year. In order to have appropriate staffing, it would be helpful to know what parents' plans are in terms of having their child get face-to-face instruction or virtual instruction for 21-22 school year. Please take a moment and help us with our planning by filling out the following form. If you have more than one child, please fill out a separate form for EACH child that will be attending Marion Public Schools.
