This application is for growers who sell their own Ontario produce, including garlic and added-value products that use Ontario garlic. This application is not for the sale or sampling of cooked or ready-to-eat food.
The Toronto Garlic Festival is an Ontario not-for-profit corporation, focused on raising interest in Ontario produce, including garlic grown in Ontario. All revenue goes to the operation of the festival including venue rental, administration and advertising costs.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: If the Festival is required by law to be cancelled or restricted for any reason we reserve the right to not provide a refund of the vendor fee or, to provide a limited refund. The reason: There are some costs in the planning of the festival, such as venue deposit fees, promotion, insurance etc, which we would not be able to recoup if we are forced to cancel.

THREE STEP VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
STEP 1 - Submit the online vendor application below.
STEP 2 - Selection Process. Selection notices will be sent via email within 7 business days along with instructions for payment and submission of supporting documents. Completing a farmer application does not guarantee a spot. Because of limited space we unfortunately cannot confirm a spot for all applicants. Approved applicants are required to sign a vendor contract, submit proof of insurance, pay their vendor fee, and provide their logo and/or photo for their post in the Festival website.
STEP 3 - Confirmation of Your Spot. Only when your payment and documents are received will your spot at the festival be confirmed (if your insurance docs are delayed, we understand). For returning vendors: the Festival cannot guarantee your admission to the Festival nor your location in the same spot as previous years.
VENDOR FEES (HST is additional):
Indoors - 10' wide x 6' deep (305 x 183cm) Fee: $290.00;
Indoors - 5' wide x 6' deep (153 x 183cm) Fee: $170.00;
Outdoors - 10' wide x 10' deep (305 x 305cm) Fee: $340.00
STALL ACCESS ON 2 SIDES - LIMITED TO OUTDOORS ONLY. These stalls are accessed by customers on two or more sides - they are not necessarily at the end of a row of vendors.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE: we have a less expensive and simplified process for getting one-time event insurance through our partner Duuo Insurance. In most cases one-time insurance costs under $20.00.
ELECTRICITY: There are a limited number of electrical outlets at this venue. If possible, avoid the need for electrical appliances. If you require electricity let us know in this vendor application or you will not be able to access it at the event.
GAS BURNERS: Butane burners may be used indoors. Propane and other types of gas burners may not be used indoors.
LOAD IN: Details will be provided prior to the festival.
