School will be closed to most pupils on Wednesday 5th January 2022 to enable senior staff to plan for the new term. However, the children of key workers can attend school on this day if child care is unavailable. Key workers include:
· Blue light workers, including NHS, Police, Ambulance and Fire Service staff;
· Social care workers (including care homes); and
· Childcare or education staff.

The deadline for completion of this form is 12.00pm on Monday 3rd January 2022. Please only apply for this provision if you clearly meet the eligibility criteria and are scheduled to work and have exhausted all possible childcare avenues.
