TSC Key Holder Agreement
The following agreement is to be read and accepted by all potential key holders for the Torbay Sailing Club premises prior to a key being assigned and handed over.

General Agreement *
By holding a key to the Torbay Sailing Club premises, I:

  • will ensure no part of the club is left unattended when unlocked
  • will ensure the club is locked and secure when leaving
  • will check all internal doors are locked when leaving (if applicable)
  • will enable and disable the alarm system when necessary (if applicable)
  • will store and protect the alarm code (if applicable)
  • will make sure the club is always left as it was found, clean, and the bins are empty
  • understand the key cannot be transferred to another person
  • understand the key must be returned if membership lapses or ends, or at the reasonable request of the General Committee
  • understand that a lost key will incur a charge of $25
