TRACK RATINGS
Over the past few years of experimenting with the voting system I believe we've managed to perfect the balance of "confusing" and "amusing". You can rate each track from 1 (oh no) to 5 (incredible), or you can give it a "too good" rating if you think it's not suited to Scratchovision, which will count *against* that track. Note that this is an optional section so you don't have to rate every track if you don't want to. And yes, you can give your own track any rating you want.
