Volunteer registration for Free Bike Repair and Safety Training Event

Event Time and Logistics
10 am - 11 am: Set-up
11 am - 3 pm: Event (half-hour lunch break)
3 pm - 4 pm: Take-down

All volunteers are expected to arrive at 10 am.

Roles:
MECHANIC: Perform basic bike repairs. Please bring your tools set, repair stand, basic supplies (grease, oil, chain lube), and a table for you to put parts on. If you are unable to bring some of these items, tell us in the "Additional comments" section. We will provide a canopy for shade. Arrive at 10 am to set up. Leave at 4 pm.
GREETER/REGISTRATION CHECKER: Check guests off the registration list and directs clients to mechanics. Arrive 10 am. Leave 4 pm.
SET-UP/TAKE-DOWN CREW: Set up tables, chairs, canopies, signs, etc. Take down everything at the end of the event. Not needed during the actual event from 11 am - 3 pm. Arrive 10 am. Leave 4 pm.
