We are looking for:
1) Highly dynamic and happy mountain lovers
2) Runners and mountain users interested in being part of a dynamic team delivering high quality mountain trail races
3) Skilled mountain users; This encompasses runners, walkers, mountain bikers, medical trainee's and professionals
4) People with a desire to have fun, achieve and enjoy a dynamic and fast paced weekend in the valley of Great Langdale

We use WhatsApp for the all marshals and events team as a back up to radio communications

Camper Van's
We will be doing our best to accommodate camper vans in and around the events centre for 2020

Mens tees are sized: small, medium, large, x-large, women's tee's are sized: XS (8), Small (10), Medium (12), Large (14) and XL (16)
Food at the event.
You will be fed from Friday lunchtime to Sunday evening, generally our food is gluten free, but please add this into the requirements below if you follow a gluten free diet.

Come prepared for the event
• Crew roles and notes will be sent out via email on the Sunday prior to the event weekend (31st May 2020)
• Bring food and snacks, in-case what we supply isn't enough for you
• Bring the correct clothing for the weather conditions prevalent.  - we will send detailed notes about clothing and equipment
• Come with a fully charged Mobile phone and battery pack
• Come with plenty of smiles, a dynamic attitude and ready to help us all deliver a fantastic race.
